Filosofi Air

Air bersifat mengalah, namun selalu tidak pernah
kalah...

Air mematikan api dan membersihkan kotoran...

Kalau merasa sekiranya akan dikalahkan, air
meloloskan diri dalam bentuk uap dan kembali
mengembun...

Air merapuhkan besi sehingga hancur menjadi
abu...

Bilamana bertemu batu arang, dia akan berbelok
untuk kemudian meneruskan perjalanannya
kembali...

Air membuat jernih udara sehingga angin menjadi
mati(saat hujan turun)...

Air memberikan jalan pada hambatan dengan
segala kerendahan hati, karena dia sadar bahwa
tak ada satu kekuatan apapun yang dapat
mencegah perjalanannya menuju lautan...

Air menang dengan mengalah, dia tak pernah
menyerang namun selalu menang pada akhir
perjuangannya

Meski dipaksa menjadi es, maka ia akan beranomali
meluap-luap sebelum mendekati titik beku.
Meski dipaksa menjadi uap, maka ia akan berpencar
di udara secara perlahan, setitik demi setitik.
Dan ketahuilah bahwa
air tidak akan pernah lenyap,
walau dalam wujud berbeda.

Pelajaran yang dapat diambil dari air :

1. Fokus

P.S : pengen banget menjadi seperti air =)

I Love Words

udah lama banget ga nulis di blog ini.. ya ampun.. kangen nulis.. terakhir cm nulis yg di notes fb (yg uda gw repost sblm post ini) selain itu.. bener2 ga nulis sama sekali.. maksudnya bukan ga pernah nulis ya.. haha di kampus ya ttp nulis lah, cm yg bener2 nulis, mencurahkan pikiran gt..

kangen rasanya nulis..

rasanya kalo liat buku tuh kaya liat harta haha *lebay*

I love words =)

P.S : maaf agak random gini isinya ya hehe..

bagaimana membentuk seorang professional ?

hmm..

begini ceritanya..

contoh kasus lain lagi...
guru saya bahkan katanya dulu kalau main piano nya salah, sama guru piano nya dia lagi, dipukul tangannya pake rotan..huff..

Istilah nya : "SEMUANYA SUKSES"

saya sendiri lalu bertanya-tanya ,"APAKAH UNTUK MEMBENTUK SEORANG PROFESSIONAL HARUS SEPERTI ITU CARANYA?"

INFJ

Karena gw INFJ, gw pengen memberikan beberapa info mengenai INFJ =)

INFJ Relationships

INFJs are warm and affirming people who are usually also deep and complex. They're likely to seek out and promote relationships that are intense and meaningful. They tend to be perfectionists, and are always striving for the Ultimate Relationship. For the most part, this is a positive feature, but sometimes works against the INFJ if they fall into the habit of moving from relationship to relationship, always in search of a more perfect partner. In general, the INFJ is a deeply warm and caring person who is highly invested in the health of their close relationships, and puts forth a lot of effort to make them positive. They are valued by those close to them for these special qualities. They seek long-term, lifelong relationships, although they don't always find them.

INFJ Strengths

  • Warm and affirming by nature
  • Dedicated to achieving the ultimate relationship
  • Sensitive and concerned for others' feelings
  • Usually have good communication skills, especially written
  • Take their commitments very seriously, and seek lifelong relationships
  • Have very high expectations for themselves and others (both a strength and weakness)
  • Good listeners
  • Are able to move on after a relationship has ended (once they're sure it's over)

INFJ Weaknesses

  • Tendency to hold back part of themselves
  • Not good with money or practical day-to-day life necessities
  • Extreme dislike of conflict and criticism
  • Have very high expectations for themselves and others (both a strength and weakness)
  • Have difficulty leaving a bad relationship

INFJs as Lovers

"To love means to open ourselves to the negative as well as the positive - to grief, sorrow, and disappointment as well as to joy, fulfillment, and an intensity of consciousness we did not know was possible before." -- Rollo May
INFJs are warm, considerate partners who feel great depth of love for their partners. They enjoy showing this love, and want to receive affirmation back from their mates.
They are perfectionists, constantly striving to achieve the Perfect Relationship. This can sometimes be frustrating to their mates, who may feel put upon by the INFJs demanding perfectionism. However, it may also be greatly appreciated, because it indicates a sincere commitment to the relationship, and a depth of caring which is not usually present in other types.
Sexually, INFJs view intimacy as a nearly spiritual experience. They embrace the opportunity to bond heart and soul with their mates. As service-oriented individuals, it's very important to them that their mates are happy. Intimacy is an opportunity for the INFJ to selflessly give their love, and experience it in a tangible way.
Although two well-developed individuals of any type can enjoy a healthy relationship, INFJ's natural partner is the ENTP, or the ENFP. INFJ's dominant function of Introverted Intuition is best matched with a personality type that is dominated by Extraverted Intuition. How did we arrive at this?

INFJs as Parents

"You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth...
Let your bending in the archer's hand be for gladness;
For even as He loves the arrow that flies,
so He loves also the bow that is stable." -- Kahlil Gibran
INFJs usually make warm and caring parents. Their goal is to help their children become adults who know the difference between right and wrong, and who are independent, growth-oriented individuals.
Along the path to that goal they are generally very warm and caring, and are likely to treat their children as individuals who have a voice in family decisions. They want their children to be able to think for themselves, and make the right decisions. They also can be quite demanding on their children, and may have very high expectations for their behavior. Although they are generally soft-spoken and gentle, they may become stubborn and sharp-tongued at times when their expectations aren't met, or when under a lot of stress.
INFJs take their parenting role with ultimate seriousness. They will make sacrifices for the sake of their children without a second thought, and without remorse. Passing on their values to their children is a serious priority in their lives. Children of INFJs remember their parents fondly as warm, patient, and inspirational.

INFJs as Friends

Although the INFJ is likely to put friends behind their God and their families in terms of importance, they do value their friendships. As idealists who have strong value systems, INFJs seek authenticity and depth in their close relationships, and especially value people who can see and appreciate the INFJ for who they are and what they stand for.
The INFJ is likely to spend a lot of time socialing with family members. If they are religious, they probably are social with members of their religious community. After that, the INFJ may have friends represented from any of the personality types. They are usually extremely intuitive individuals, who will have no patience for anyone they feel is dishonest or corrupt. They'll have no interest in being around these kinds of people.
All kinds of people are drawn towards the INFJ. They are usually quite popular, although they may be unaware of it themselves, because they don't place a lot of importance on it.
The INFJ is valued by their close friends for their warmth and consideration, their new and interesting ways of looking at things, and for their ability to inspire and motivate others to be the best that they can be. genuine article that they are.

Careers for INFJ Personality Types

Whether you're a young adult trying to find your place in the world, or a not-so-young adult trying to find out if you're moving along the right path, it's important to understand yourself and the personality traits which will impact your likeliness to succeed or fail at various careers. It's equally important to understand what is really important to you. When armed with an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, and an awareness of what you truly value, you are in an excellent position to pick a career which you will find rewarding.
INFJs generally have the following traits:
  • Intuitively understand people and situations
  • Idealistic
  • Highly principled
  • Complex and deep
  • Natural leaders
  • Sensitive and compassionate towards people
  • Service-oriented
  • Future-oriented
  • Value deep, authentic relationships
  • Reserved about expressing their true selves
  • Dislike dealing with details unless they enhance or promote their vision
  • Constantly seeking meaning and purpose in everything
  • Creative and visionary
  • Intense and tightly-wound
  • Can work logically and rationally - use their intuition to understand the goal and work backwards towards it
The INFJ is a special individual who needs more out of a career than a job. They need to feel as if everything they do in their lives is in sync with their strong value systems - with what they believe to be right. Accordingly, the INFJ should choose a career in which they're able to live their daily lives in accordance with their deeply-held principles, and which supports them in their life quest to be doing something meaningful. Since INFJs have such strong value systems, and persistent intuitive visions which lend them a sense of "knowing", they do best in positions in which they are leaders, rather than followers. Although they can happily follow individuals who are leading in a direction which the INFJ fully supports, they will very unhappy following in any other situation.
The following list of professions is built on our impressions of careers which would be especially suitable for an INFJ. It is meant to be a starting place, rather than an exhaustive list. There are no guarantees that any or all of the careers listed here would be appropriate for you, or that your best career match is among those listed.
Possible Career Paths for the INFJ:
  • Clergy / Religious Work
  • Teachers
  • Medical Doctors / Dentists
  • Alternative Health Care Practitioners, i.e. Chiropractor, Reflexologist
  • Psychologists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Counselors and Social Workers
  • Musicians and Artists
  • Photographers
  • Child Care / Early Childhood Development

I've studied and i think i would able to do the test, but the time was so fast.. it was only 2 hours for 2 numbers (number 1  : make general journal - ledger - trial balance ; number 2 : make adjusting entries - ledger - adjusted trial balance - income statement - owner's equity statement - balance sheet - closing entries - post closing trial balance ). what can i say??? I've just tried my best, but i couldn't finish it.. hiks2.. I'm so disappointing i couldn't finish it...

Love yourself,guys =D

9.30.2009

For u,women

If a man wants you, nothing can keep him away.

If he doesn't want you, nothing can make him stay.

Stop making excuses for a man and his behaviour. Allow your intuition(or spirit) to save you from heartache.
Stop trying to change yourself for a relationship that's not meant to be.
Slower is better.

Never live your life for a man before you find what makes you truly happy.

If a relationship ends because the man was not treating you as you deserve then heck no, you can't "be friends". A friend wouldn't mistreat a friend. Don't settle.

If you feel like he is stringing you along, then he probably is.
Don't stay because you think "it will get better." You'll be mad at yourself a year later for staying when things are not better.

The only person you can control in a relationship is you.

Avoid men who've got a bunch of children by a bunch of different women.
He didn't marry them when he got them pregnant, why would he treat you any differently?

Always have your own set of friends separate from his.
Maintain boundaries in how a guy treats you. If something bothers you, speak up.

Never let a man know everything.* He will use it against you later.

You cannot change a man's behaviour.* Change comes from within.

Don't EVER make him feel he is more important than you are... even if he has more education or in a better job. Do not make him into a quasi-god.

He is a man, nothing more nothing less.

Never let a man define who you are.

Never borrow someone else's man.

If he cheated with you, he'll cheat on you.

A man will only treat you the way you ALLOW him to treat you.

All men are NOT dogs.

You should not be the one doing all the bending...compromise is a two way street.

You need time to heal between relationships... there is nothing cute about baggage... deal with your issues before pursuing a new relationship

You should never look for someone to COMPLETE you...a relationship
consists of two WHOLE individuals...look for someone complimentary...not supplementary.

Dating is fun...even if he doesn't turn out to be Mr. Right.

Make him miss you sometimes...when a man always know where you are, and you're always readily available to him - he takes it for granted. -Isn't this TRUE!!!!!

Never move into his mother's house.

Never co-sign for a man.

Don't fully commit to a man who doesn't give you everything that you need.* Keep him in your radar but get to know others.

Share this with other women... You'll make someone smile, another rethink her choices, and another prepare.

-Oprah Winfrey-

JakFlute (me) on Jakarta Globe

Jakarta’s Flutists Band Together

Inspired by the lack of opportunities for flutists to meet and practice, two professional musicians recently decided the time had come to unite players of the instrument in Jakarta by establishing the country’s first flute community.

Metta F Ariono founded JakFlute with fellow player Marini Widyastari in June.

“We were surprised to find that there were actually many flutists in this city. So we decided to create JakFlute,” Metta said.

“Indonesians are not very familiar with Western classical music instruments, but there are now more people who want to learn them, including the flute,” she said.

“There are three families of orchestral instruments. There are string instruments, wind instruments and percussion instruments. The flute is a wind instrument. Among all the wind instruments, flute is the most popular,” Metta said.

JakFlute now has 14 active members who meet every Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Senopati.

They have already had one public performance and are preparing to perform at the National Monument, or Monas, on Oct. 11 as part of Japan Week, a cultural celebration organized by that nation’s embassy in Jakarta.

To attract a more diverse audience, JakFlute play a variety of songs, including classics and modern hits.

“We want to show the public that playing the flute can be lots of fun and that it’s not a boring musical instrument,” Metta said.

United in their love of the flute, members of JakFlute want to share the instrument and the beauty of its sound.

Another member, Fiona, said, “It’s such a shame that so few people know about this musical instrument.”

“Most parents will send their children to a private piano class when they want to build their musical ability. It never occurs to them that other instruments might be as beautiful as piano or guitar,” Metta said.

Asked why there were more female flutists than male players, she explained, “It’s not that the flute is a ‘female’ musical instrument, I don’t believe in such a thing. But I think it’s because the flute produces a very soft and melodic sound.”

One of JakFlute’s missions is to connect flutists in Jakarta so they can play together and exchange information and develop their musical talents.

“You can play flute solo, but it’s so much better if you can play in a big group,” Marini said.

JakFlute is not just a group of people with the same hobby, with members so close that it’s like a family, she added. “It’s that kind of atmosphere that all of us enjoy.”

JakFlute Members Share Their Thoughts:

Charity Olivia, 18, student
Cherry, as her friends call her, is one of the youngest members in JakFlute and has been playing flute since the 10th grade.

“I fell in love with the flute because it produces a very beautiful sound,” Cherry said.

The young musician said she joined JakFlute when it was first established and that she liked being part of the community because it gives her a chance to improve her skills.

“There are so many great flute players here and they always give me new tips and tricks,” she said. “My parents are so supportive and they are happy with my decision to join JakFlute as long as it doesn’t interfere with my school schedule.”

Tsukasa Hirota, 40, Japanese Diplomat
Jakarta is Hirota’s third post after having worked in China and Canada. As the only foreigner in the group he gets a lot of attention from other JakFlute members.

“It’s so much fun being a member of JakFlute. The people are so nice and kind too,” said Hirota, who has been playing the flute for many years.

“It’s wasn’t easy at first since I’m the only foreigner. But I’ve always believed that music is a universal language, so I talk to them with my flute,” he said. “The tutors have great skills and they’re very nice. My playing skills have been improving since I joined this community.”

Hirota said he hoped he could help the flutists’ group flourish. “Flute has a very promising future in Indonesia, there are many good flutists here.”

Metta F Ariono, 33, musician and JakFlute founder
Metta has been playing music since she was only 4 years old. Her first instrument was piano, but later she learned the recorder from her father. In 1993 she saw an orchestra perform for the first time and felt drawn to the music.

She began studying the flute intensively in 1995 at university when she joined a classical orchestra for the very first time.

Now a professional flutist, she plays concerts and gives lessons. This year, she and her friend Marini Widyastari founded JakFlute.

“We want to conduct at least two shows every year so that our members can have the chance to improve their skills,” Metta said. “I’m very excited [about JakFlute]. I never thought we would have so many members.”
